Zaman Pediatrics

I have been going to Zaman Pediatrics since I was a child. Dr Zaman was my pediatrician and my brother went there as well. So naturally I decided I wanted to take my daughter to Dr. Zaman’s. She sees Dr. B. We love her sooo much! She is very kind, thorough, and has always made me feel good with the care she gives my child. I trust her and her judgment. We have seen numerous doctors at doctor Zaman’s and all are wonderful. Very educated, sweet ladies. Recently, a girl I went to high school with, Jessica, started working up front and she has done a great job - always sweet and friendly. Overall, great experiences for over 20 years. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my kids to this pediatrician’s office for 8 years now, and while I love the care my children receive, the front desk experience has always been… less than welcoming. I never expect a warm greeting from the women up front anymore. I walk in, say the name, and that’s pretty much the extent of our interaction. The energy is always very minimal, almost like you’re annoying them just by checking in. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it’s consistent every visit. Now, on the clinical side, I absolutely love Dr. Makar and Nurse CiCi. They are the reason we’ve stayed this long. CiCi always listens, gives thoughtful suggestions, and makes sure to follow up. I’m definitely giving this Office a five star review. When my daughter had to come in because she was sick, they got me right in there. I only had to wait 15 minutes after filling out paperwork. The front desk women were nice and amazing and very interactive. When I was taken to the back, I felt comfortable explaining to the nurse about my concerns for my daughter’s health. She assured me that we were in good hands. When the doctor came in and evaluated, she broke it down In a way that I could understand. She made me feel like family and I really love this office. I recommend anyone with children to visit there for the utmost care.

I have been bringing my children to this pediatrician’s office for 10 years. In the past, I overlooked mistakes such as them focusing on my daughter’s allergies while overlooking and failing to diagnose her asthma until later, because I tried to remain loyal. However, I now feel obligated to share this experience to protect other families. Recently, I brought my children in for what I thought was just a common cold and to get a refill for my daughter’s Albuterol prescription. A couple of days later, my 14-month-old son developed Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease — which he contracted from this office. Dr. Zaman sees all 3 of my children. Her and her staff are all very nice and friendly everytime we go! She helps keep my family happy and healthy year round!
