Northside Urgent Care - Snellville

I had a very positive experience today. I went in because my cough and gotten worse, and the staff was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The doctor took the time to listen my concerns and provided a treatment in the office along with appropriate medication. I truly appreciated how caring and efficient everyone was. the visit was smooth, and I felt well take care of. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service!!!

This was my first visit to your facility. Although, my pain was at its highest level you all made it bearable. I was treated with the utmost respect. From your front desk staff to the exam rooms staff, they are warm, caring. Thank you Nerissa Jackson, your medical knowledge is invaluable. My experience here was fantastic. I love the Save My Spot option the best. Being able to check in before you arrive and being able to pick an appointment time is an excellent. I highly recommend Northside urgent care in Snellvile!😊

Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses and Dr. Vladescu were amazing. I was actually headed to Piedmont Eastside Medical Center when we saw the (Northside) Health Choice Urgent Care Center. I’m so thankful I stopped. They were consistent, considerate, & thorough throughout the whole process and I felt comfortable, like a PATIENT should.

Always well received and taken care of in a fast pace environment. Surprisingly everyone at this facility is Very Well Mannered, Polite and Courteous unlike other medical facilities where you're greeted with street like ghetto mannerisms and attitudes. My Husband and I have visited this urgent care facility numerous times and we're in and out within an 1 1/2 hours. Very Efficient. Always greeted with a well mannered medical assistant and the Physician Assistant, well she is always phenomenal. I 💯 percent highly recommend this facility but I might not want to put them on radar to loose the great service when we need them. ❤️❤️❤️
