Not the same experience without Dr. Craine. Dr. Craine use to always save me money by telling me what was needed and where I could find cheaper medication online. Earlier this year, I was scheduled with Dr. Duffy and ended up spending close to 1K, purchasing items my fur kids didn’t actually need. On my next visit, I specifically requested Dr. Craine, only to find out he had retired in May. When I went in to pick up medication, I asked the receptionist what the next steps would be after my fur kid completed the medication. Instead of scheduling a follow-up appointment at that time, I was told to call back. I never received a follow-up call to check on her status or ensure she was doing well. Overall, the level of care and personal attention I experienced in the past just isn’t there anym

I love Snellville Animal Hospital! The only place I will take my fur baby and daughters Tobias & Wesley when they're in town. The office is always clean and calm. The ladies at the front office are always sweet and professional. Dr. Craine and his team are awesome! Just as gentle as can be. My sweet boy Jacks is comfortable enough to get out of his carrier and explore while we wait. I highly recommend the Snellville Animal Hospital!

Update 7/3/25 Thank you Lisa for reaching out. I appreciate you taking the time to let me vent. As I have stated, one bad experience is not going to keep me from coming to you guys. You all have been wonderful. I will see you guys in September for Daisy's nail trim and another doctor to examine her and address my concerns. Stephanie I was just at the clinic last week and had a horrible experience. My family and I have been coming to you for over 15 years and I have never had a problem until now. I wanted to wait a few days to calm down and reflect before writing this to see if I were still upset and if I was, I would say something. I saw Dr. Duffy. From the moment I saw her, she was dismissive and tuned me out. I don't think she actually examined my cat and dog, or if she did it wasn't

I recently adopted a mini schnauzer from a schnauzer rescue and decided to take her to Snellville Animal Hospital instead of the veterinarian I used for my other mini schnauzer who recently passed away. Upon entering the office waiting area was so clean, nicely decorated, not cluttered with a lot of brochures and pet supplies for sale. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Duffy was so kind, gentle and addressed all my concerns and questions. My mini was given her needed vaccination and I was provided with a detailed recommendation/cost estimate for her much needed dental cleaning. I scheduled the cleaning with Snellville Animal Hospital and look forward to using them in the future for all my new mini schnauzer’s needs.

Brought my cat in after my dog attacked him. Clinic was fully booked and had no openings. They told me to go ahead and bring him. They worked us in and I am so grateful! My Magic is ok after a little clean up and a staple in his neck. Thank you and your staff for looking after my fur baby!
