I went to Zak. today for an eye exam and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and professional and the space itself is sleek, modern & spotless. What really stood out was the incredible technology they use - it's next-level compared to any eye exam I've ever had. My optometrist took the time to explain each step, showing detailed images of my eyes and breaking down the structure in a way I'd never had explained before. It was fascinating to actually understand what's going on with my vision and eye health! I left feeling confident, cared for and genuinely educated about my eyes. Highly recommend Zak. if you want a thorough, high-tech and personal experience with people who truly care about what they do.

I got my eyes checked and my new glasses prescription from Kat! Kat made sure to walk me through my prescription and test results, and gave me great suggestions on glasses. All of the staff are very professional and the space is upscale - definitely coming back

Felt incredibly rushed and like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I didn’t know they were a “non select” office for contacts until after the visit. I’ve never had to pay more money for an exam because I wear contacts and I’ve been wearing them since 5th grade. Overall I just felt like they were trying to get me to spend more money and couldn’t be bothered to slow down and explain things. There wasn’t a line of people in the lobby so I don’t understand why there was this crazy sense of urgency to get me paid and out the door asap. $89 for an exam and that doesn’t include ordering contacts or glasses. I will be going somewhere else in the future a little more in my price range

My husband and I have been coming here for over three years, and every visit has been excellent. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to providing top-notch service. Dorina Dashi, the manager and optician, is outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and a true professional. She makes every experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for quality eye care in a welcoming environment with great service, Zak is the place to go!

I had a great initial experience picking our frames, going over options, etc. super nice staff. The frames I wanted weren’t in stock so they had to get them from their other store or warehouse. Told me it would be a week. Today marks a month. They emailed me once saying it’ll be another week. I called up just the other day to check up and they said it’ll will be another week. Promised to figure it out and called me first thing in the morning. No call. No frames. At this point I feel like I might be getting scammed. I never write a bad review, but I feel like I’m getting the runaround. Will update when I get my glasses or a refund 🤷‍♂️ Edit: Turns out much of the delay was due to the LA wildfires. Obviously this changes things. They told me the frames will come in this week and I believ
