Yucaipa Urgent Care

While the theory of "Urgent Care" makes sense, it's only as good as any business with enough employees to ensure the patients are not waiting more than a reasonable time. Even with an on line appointment, we waited almost 3 hours to see our NP. Once in the back room, our NP, "George" provided great care and service to my wife. Again, I, we recommend if not enough employees show up for work, shut each location down. How about honor those patients that took time to get on line and select a date and time, close "Walk in". It's just a thought. Thanks, Larry Mac

This visit at the new location was nothing like the last location. Also, I have been to Redlands, and Cherry Valley and this one was by far the best. (They are not connected) Super fast wait time (that was with a full waiting room at 9AM) in and out with no appointment. My son who has intellectual disabilities was with me and we were both treated for cold/coughs. A couple days later, we received a follow up call and got very helpful and compassionate aftercare by Alicia PA. She listened with empathy to the challenges I was having with my son who is still sick. She offered extremely helpful suggestions for me to practice with my son, and called in something for him to the pharmacy. I appreciate that very much. Thank you.

I want to start off by saying that the location was very clean and well kept. Also the first nurse to take me back was kind and I appreciated that. However, that is where my positive experience ended. I was seen for a sprained ankle and was seen by a PA named Eric. I understand that there are other patients but I felt completely brushed off as a patient. I was voicing many concerns I had and it felt like he was just counting down the minutes before he could go to the next person. He did not one time touch or actually assess my ankle. He spoke to me from across the room. I felt like I was not worth even touching to assess and it was a horrible feeling to feel as just a number than a patient that he genuinely wanted to help and acknowledge. We were at urgent care in yucapia the appointment we made was at 3pm we were there at 2pm and its 4:46 Pm they saw everyone and new people walking in . We asked at the desk and they said it will be awhile. The front desk receptionist was pleasant to everyone and ignored us completely. We walked out and I will never go there again . Medical establishments are professional for the most part but this office we have waited everytime we go there The receptionist answered us if we asked a question but noting more or less. I dont know about everyone else and their wait time but we were there literally almost a hours and they saw everyone plus everyone that walked in after . We had an appointment and checked in. I dont get it. Is it the way we looked or does the receptionist have power

My 7 year old, autistic son was just seen here today. It was incredibly busy, and I understand how rushed the np must have been. My son has been sick for 6 days, up all night coughing, crying, and upset, hasn’t eaten, and sat in the urgent care for 4 hours to be seen. The NP came in for less than 2 minutes and was visibly and audibly irritated with a child that is incredibly sick and not a great active listener on his best day. I’m sure losing a customer will be no skin off their back, but reassuring my kid that the doctor wasn’t mad at him and didn’t not like him was weird. Hope your day gets better, George.
