Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Adult Dentistry

So the dentist makes a mistake with my child causing her mouth to swell up for 3 days , and got the nerve to call us disrespectful for rushing her back to their office and having them look at her and try and figure out what they did wrong to cause this , and after all that they didn’t even do anything just told us rush her to the ER of the situation got worse with no explanation on what went wrong!! To top it all off we received the most pathetic gaslighting letter letting us know that we need to look for a new dentist like it’s our fault , still without an apology for their mistake !! Which parent wouldn’t be upset if this happened to their daughter ?!!

I had the best experience with this office! My son, who has autism, usually struggles with going to the dentist—but the care and patience he received here made all the difference. The nurse (I believe her name was Alejandra) was incredible with him. She didn’t rush or push him, and instead gave him the time and support he needed to feel comfortable. Dr. Jane was also wonderful—so kind and pleasant, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. She was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Elie was a delight as well! Honestly, the entire office staff was amazing. Thank you all so much for making this the best dental experience my son has ever had. We are truly grateful!

Honestly was not impressed. They have a lot of high end equipment for a reason. They told me all kinds of problems with my teeth. I take good care of my teeth. They never even cleaned them rushed me along, suggested expensive visits for my 12 year old to ortho. And sent me on my way. I went for a 2nd opinion with my old dr in Azusa and I didn’t have any cracks like they said a tiny cavity no more than that and I did not need a tooth pulled that had a crown. I would never go back nor take my children again! Find somewhere else!

Front desk staff greeting was wonderful to all of my three little ones and the dental assistants were just as kind. The dentist was kind and patient, especially with the 18 month old.

All three of kids have been seen here, each one having their own procedures and I have to say every single experience has been absolutely wonderful. Every Employee has a great attitude and is always in a great mood I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office! :)
