First time visit, they were able to get us in right away. Dr.D was very informative and caring. All the staff was so friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

I went to get my cat some help for his ear and the doctor Antonio Z was great the rest of the staff as okay, but my main complaint with them is they said they were going to refund me $160 dollars on Thursday because they didn't do some of the services and when I called right now it has not even been processed and they were unable to give me a reason or any explanation.

I had to put down my 14 year old dog. The staff were very kind and non judgemental. I held her in my lap so the vet got down on his hands and knees to administer the injections. He spoke to both of us in a very calming and reassuring voice. I could not have asked for better service.

I had initially hoped to give this place a higher rating because I believe the dog received adequate treatment. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the initial and follow-up check-ups were never conducted in front of us. As animals cannot speak for themselves, I was seeking exceptional treatment rather than just good treatment. Furthermore, they also forgot about us in the room for a few hours, which added to my overall dissatisfaction.

Has a great experience! Dr. Graham was very thorough and explained everything in detail! She has always been like that. We have followed her to a few veterinary clinics. Her tech Buddy! Was awesome, very sweet and knowledgeable!
