Yu Pediatrics

The sinks are filthy with gunk, the chairs are peeling, mold is on the wall. The business is definitely falling apart. You have to call the morning of the sick visit to try to get an appointment which is nearly impossible most days. I don't care if I have to travel 2 hours to a new pediatrician, I will not be taking my child back.I remind you this is the same disgusting sink that the pediatrician has to wash her hands in before examining you're child to prevent germs 🤢Dr.Nyirenda only cares about money and just prescribes all types of unnecessary medicine that does nothing,Secondly the staff is very unprofessional at the front desk.

This office is absolutely disgusting! From the waiting area to the patients rooms. Ive noticed that Dr Yu doesn’t believe in wearing gloves, will only slightly rinse her finger tips when entering the room. Staff is rude. My daughter always seems sicker when she leaves from the filthy environment.

The absolute worst! My daughter is 8 and has been going here since birth. Started out well but over the years their customer service and care have dropped drastically. Called one day to get a sick appt and she said they were closing at noon for the day. I asked to make an appointment and she said they only take same day sick appointments and asked me to call back the next day at 8:30. I called at 8:38 and she said they were booked for the day! Make it make sense! Don’t waste your time.

I brought my son in for his 6 month appointment. We had a nurse named Alex. She was very unprofessional. As soon as we walked in she told us what room to go to then just walked away. She seemed like she was in a hurry with everything she did, like measuring his height and weight. The worst part was when she gave him his shots. She didn’t give us any information about the shots like they usually do. I was signing the acknowledgment papers and she asked my husband to move out of her way. There was one administered orally but she was so quick she didn’t get it all in his mouth. The other 2 were in his leg. Again she was so quick and didn’t bother saying anything so as I’m finishing signing I look up and she’s done. My husband saw her jam the syringes in his leg which made my son cry harder th

The office was dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. Paint was chipping off the walls as though never repaired. Chairs were falling apart that were in the rooms. The front desk staff acted and spoke extremely unprofessional to each other. One was new and simply tried to help the other who was a veteran there as she very rudely announced. Dr. Yu was great but her nurses except for a few seemed to know what they were doing. And one smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We waited for almost an hour plus (added in room wait). My husband and I almost walked out due to this. It as an hour wait in the lobby and 30-45 in the room. I will never take my children back here nor refer them to her office. Personally I’d be embarrassed if my office looked like this. And the front desk staff a
