Colonial Heights Pharmacy

I have had nothing but problems the last several months with getting my prescriptions from this store. First they couldn’t get the billing right and then told me 3 weeks ago I would be getting my meds the next day. Delivered today with only 2 of my prescriptions. When I called the lady says the dr office never called back. Well have you given any thought to calling them again or at least letting me know 3 weeks ago? I told her today to stop filling any of my meds I would go to the dr get the prescriptions and get them filled elsewhere

Always so quick! I always recommend my clients to use them. They usually answer within first few rings, and are personable. If they don't have something, they will try to get it in as fast as possible. They communicate when there are issues and they make sure to be quick if you need something transferred if they can't get it.

Great local pharmacy that will work with you unlike big corporations which don’t have a personal relationship with the patient. There is a sense of trust from local pharmacies. Highly recommended.

Amazing great service. Fast turnaround time for prescriptions. Home delivery at no cost. Very friendly staff. I moved my scripts there a couple years ago and have been very happy.

Wonderful pharmacy the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and willing to talk to every customer also the staff and The folks that assist the pharmacist are very kind and helpful. I'm so glad that my family changed to this pharmacy. So, that we no longer have to deal with the politics of the corporate big box store pharmacies. Everything that we have ever needed has always been on hand availability has never been an issue so you don't have to worry about that. And I believe they will actually deliver your medication to you if you're unable to make it to the pharmacy just a wonderful place overall. Thank you
