Great reception, wonderful doctors. This is the first place that I’ve been to that treat you like a human being and a patient. They take time with you and don’t try to rush you out the door and see the next patient. They treat you like you would want to be treated. I’ve been at many places where they treat you like cattle, one in and then out, but this place is different. It has that personal touch that you hope to get when you go to a doctor

Dr. Clay is an excellent doctor! Very attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients! The office staff and nurse Tiffany is pretty awesome too!

My overall experience at the facility was very positive. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The staff were helpful and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. I appreciated the manner in which they handled everything, as it showed they truly care about their work and the people they serve. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and grateful for the excellent service I received from everyone...Dr. Farooq and her nurse April were especially welcoming. The young lady at the front desk during registration and the lab tech both epitomized the attributes of an ideal employee to whom one would want to welcome new patients and perform blood draws, respectively.

My experiences at Appomattox primary care is rated 10 my doctor Mary Davis the staff the people in the lab. It’s just a wonderful place to go for your primary care doctors. If you want good primary care doctors visit primary care. You never have to wait in the waiting room very long before you called back. Do you don’t sit in the room very long before the doctor comes in. It’s just great.

This is my second visit to this site, and I would like to express a concern regarding Mrs. Ronda’s conduct. It appears that she would benefit from additional training on patient care and professional communication. Her behavior has shown a lack of sensitivity and professionalism, which can negatively impact the company’s reputation. Given these concerns, I strongly recommend that Mrs. Ronda be reassigned from front-facing duties until she receives proper training in professional ethics, patient care, and diversity awareness. It is essential that all patients are treated with respect and dignity at all times.
