I had a fantastic experience with Laurel during my massage. I explained to her that I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis and extremely tight calves, and she immediately understood the issue. She even shared that she had experienced plantar fasciitis herself at one point, which gave me a lot of confidence in her approach. Laurel was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and clearly very experienced. Throughout the session she walked me through what she was doing and why, which made me feel comfortable and reassured that the treatment was targeted to help relieve the tension and pain I’ve been dealing with. Her technique and understanding of how everything connects—from the calves down to the foot—was impressive. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this
