Their negative reviews make sense. Save yourself the headache. This place is trifling all around. The last straw was me asking to have my child’s records sent to another provider since we moved. I sent over 3 emails with the correct forwarding info and fax, the other provider provided the info as well. I call back 3 weeks later today and the rude lazy nurse claims she tried to send them two times, but couldn’t she reads back the fax number and it is off by one digit, magically.. so you ignore the documents, the number that the provider gave, and the email and repeatedly sent it to the wrong fax? It’s clear she never sent it. Its clear she was too lazy to send it and had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I emailed looking for an update weeks later. The doctor is just ok. Doesn’t

Dr.Wade was on call when my youngest was born at Houston medical center. I was taken back by how well he does with my little girl. His whole staff is amazing. I have been able to call several times when I was concerned about her and they will immediately answer and see her within the hour. I absolutely love how caring everyone there is! I won't use anyone else.

Dr. Wade is an amazing Pediatrician and truly loves his patients. I have witnessed him driving a child and family to the hospital who could not wait on an ambulance. I have called him at 3 am nervous about my infant with RSV and he answered and calmed me down and listened to everything I had to say. He gave me great instructions which helped my baby. He then called me at 8 am the next morning to check on her. He called me at 11pm when he had to send her to the children’s hosp for IV antibiotics and a procedure and called to check on her and again the next day. His staff is also very caring and love what they do. Dr. Wade is always willing to explain and educate parents on what is going on with their child. I know him to well to believe these negative comments left here.

Dr. Wade was recommended to me when I moved here about 4 years ago. I've used him with my now 5 year old and my 7 month old. He is amazing. I would definitely recommend him to other parents. He makes every visit personal. He knows my children by name and even calls my smallest by his nickname every now and then. If big brother comes along for a visit with baby brother he makes sure he knows that he recognizes him, which of course makes him feel special. He never gives you medications/testing that isn't necessary and if you've had a pediatrician that has done that, you'll appreciate it because you won't have a heart attack in between testing. He is very straight to the point about things that should worry you, but not in a way to terrify you. Showed great care for my newborn in the hospital

Dr. Wade was my child's on call pediatrician at Houston Healthcare where I gave birth and he was extremely cold during each encounter. That isn't the worst part, however. He came to check my child before we could be discharged and I simply asked him to wash his hands before caring for my child. He completely refused. He told me that his hands were sterile since he had been working from room to room (which obviously proves the opposite) and told me we were wasting time and that he had other children to care for. He then left without caring for my child and told me he didn't care who checked her. Wow.
