Pediatric Dentistry of Central Georgia-Warner Robins

Just had our 2nd visit with our 9 year old, accompanied by 2 little ones that were waiting on brother. The staff at this dentist office is like none we've been to before! They are so incredibly nice and should be proud of how they treat patients and their family! The first visit, they were so sweet when my 2 year old was about to have a melt down, the young lady offered to take her to get a sticker and she immediately perked up! They turned on the TV so my 4 year old could watch Barbie. They made sure they all 3 got coins for the toy machine. So nice. The 2nd visit, they were only focused on getting a coin for the toy machine even though they weren't the patients, and another woman gave them coins. It was an awesome experience. The waiting room was fun for my boys to play with and jump around. Our hygienist was the sweetest person I've met and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

Thank you for a super relaxed dental visit for my 2 year old! The facility was beautiful, the waiting area kid friendly and not too busy, and receptionists (both check in and check out), hygienist (Angel) and Dr. Megan all very bubbly and friendly! Not a tear was shed through the waiting, X-rays, cleaning, or Dr. exam, and my daughter can’t wait to come back! Pics of her just “chilling” for her cleaning! 😋

Yesterday was my first time at this facility. I was immediately greeted by friendly front desk staff and warm smile. There was an issue with my card processing for my co payment ( personal issue) and i left in tears so embarrassed. I texted them because i was too ashamed to call to tell them i didnt have the money like i thought i would and the women at the front desk immediately called me and told me to come back and that they will work it out. I was so thankful because i needed this done for my son for his health obviously but also his school as well. This truly showed me these ladies really care. They didnt have to do that for me and it was so sweet. Although by the end of the appointment i got my situation situated they were still willing to work with me. The women who cleaned my son

It was my daughter's first official dentist visit and she had a great experience with x-rays and getting a cleaning. The staff was friendly, made her feel comfortable, and explained each step of the process they were doing. She did so well she even opted to go ahead and have some extractions the same day even with it being her first visit. She's excited to go back!
