The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. She explained my condition in clear, easy-to-understand terms and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I really appreciated how thorough the examination was — I never felt rushed.

We had another wonderful visit at the ENT Center. Appointment was on time and Dr Starr was informative and just a pleasure to meet with. She educated us on our equipment and helped us understand what to expect in the coming weeks and months. Dr Starr was friendly and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this clinic.

Just when you think healthcare in America is only a business that cares solely about their profits and not people! WOW!!! This place is the EXACT OPPOSITE!!! From the first phone call to everyone in the office I felt like someone actually cared about me! Once I finished with what I was scheduled for I needed a consultation about the results and how to proceed. I live and work out of town and had to take a day off of work to go see them. They were fully booked on a Friday and still sacrificed lunch to fit me in for the consultation. Thank you!! That level of care is both humbling and inspiring! I strongly recommend this for anyone needing this type of help!!!

My latest experience was very pleasing. The nurse who served me was very thorough in analyzing my situation and clearly telling me how to take care of it. I was very impressed. Thank you Christy for your complete service.

I was able to get a next day appt. The facility is nice and the staff is friendly. The MA and provider introduced themselves and were very thorough. My wait time was minimal. I will definitely return if I have issues in the future.
