I’m extremely disappointed with how this office handled my most recent appointment. I have told them multiple times over the years to update my contact number, yet they continued to use the wrong one. Because of that, I never received any appointment reminders and my appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I took time off work and pulled my kids out of school for this visit, only to find out it had been canceled. While I understand that missed appointments are an issue, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. The receptionists were incredibly rude, dismissive, and felt like they were ganging up on me rather than trying to help. I came in with pain on tooth #13 radiating to #12 and #14. Instead of diagnosing the source of that pain, (which was later easily diagnosed by another dentist at a different practice) the dentist proceeded to remove tartar from my entire upper left and upper right gum line. It relieved the chronic pressure and pain from the gums but did nothing for my main reason I was here, This was not what I came in for and is something that should have been addressed during my cleaning months ago. I had a cleaning in August and specifically told the hygienist that something felt off and that I believed I needed a deep scaling. She told me no. Pleasant staff. The facility is super clean. I absolutely love my dentist and hygienist. Dr An Nguyen took his time with me and explained things all along the way. Very thorough.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are amazing!! If I could give them 1000 stars, I would! Highly recommend for pediatrics and adult dental care. My kids were 3 and 5 when we switched to Dr. Nguyen's office and they were so gentle and loving to them and still are every time we go. I've recently had dental issues (because I never make time for myself to get taken care of) and they've gotten me in ASAP. They take their time to educate and explain what's needed and from the moment you walk in and talk to the front desk until check out with the sweetest checkout ladies, it is nothing but top notch! Absolutely love this place and we will never leave!

My first visit experience at Youngsville’s Dental Clinic was ASTOUNDING! The entire team is professional, friendly and truly cares about their patients. The clinic is clean and welcoming. Dr An Nguyen possesses an attitude of compassion, trust and integrity that put my mind at ease from previous bad experiences. He takes time to explain everything clearly. He doesn’t rush the process and explains why and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a Dental Care.
