Yodit B Benalfew M.D. | Kaiser Permanente

Dr Benalfew was excellent as always at my latest visit. She has been my trusted Physician for several years and I like the way she listens, examens, and then explains what we will do. This time I went in after a many day bout of respiratory illness. I was getting better and I was checking to see that I wasn't headed toward pneumonia. She did her exam and lungs sounded clear. If I continued to improve we would take one route and if things got worse, with fever, etc we would take another route. Print out of instructions was given to me. Of course, she has kept me up to date on all vaccines so i always feel great about that. Dr Benalfew and the Kaiser system are excellent. ----And I'm not just saying that because my husband, Dr Kitchen, is a former Kaiser doctor! Thank you Dr Benalfew

Dr Yodit Benalfew ( and her great support staff team) is Awesome, she addresses the immediate issue, and everything else, total body health wirh you. Listens with care, attentively, with kindness and patience. Been with her 6 years maybe more. She doesn't miss a beat!

Dr Benalfew has been my primary care doctor for almost 10 years and I honestly think she is one of the best doctors I have known in all these years. Her pleasant demeanor made you feel at ease right away. She is very patient, always listen to my complaints attentively and always come up with the proper treatment for my ailments.
