I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. John, Dr. Mary, and Sarah, and every single practitioner listens with genuine care and attention. The level of individualized care we receive makes us feel like we’re the only family in the practice. They take the time to understand our concerns and never make us feel rushed. I started with Summit Direct Care in February with Ryan Lawson, FNP-C. I began seeing him after battling two separate illnesses from December - February. He has been absolutely fantastic to work with and so knowledgeable. As someone coming from insurance based medial care to direct primary care, I am convinced this is the way to go! Dr. John and his team have been welcoming and so easy to talk with. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience with Sarah Gilpatrick, NP at Summit Direct Care! My mother is in her 70s and we were looking for a primary care provider who could really take the time to understand her needs. From day one, Sarah made us both feel so comfortable and heard. What impressed me most was how thorough she was during appointments - never rushed, always explained things clearly, and made sure my mom understood her care plan. The direct care model was perfect for us because we could actually reach Sarah when we had questions, which gave us such peace of mind. Dr. John Grimsley and his team are excellent with their patient care. You will find in Dr. John to be an excellent diagnostician. Very caring, takes the time and is very patient. The offices are very clean and the ambiance is very pleasant. The nurses and all staff are just wonderful in every thing they do. We are blessed to be taken care by this medical practice.
