No complaints. Dr. Cao and staff was friendly and treated me like I had been a patient for years. Never have I experienced this kind of feeling of overall satisfaction. It was a matter of days not weeks getting an appointment. I was seen by Dr. Cao within 15 minutes upon the completion of my X-rays. He was so kind and listened to me when I described to him my concerns. He explained what he seen in the X-rays in way that I understood and made his recommendation how he felt would be the best option to proceed with treatment. I would recommend to anyone seeking orthopedic care to give them a call. I look forward to receiving treatment to better manage my everyday needs for a better tomorrow than today.

He listens and shows so much care and he is very honest. He did my ACDF Surgery and now he’s going to do my lower back as well I trust him.

I went there to be treated and was given steroid injection and cortisone injection. As a result I developed foot drop. 6 months have passed and some healing has taken place and they are providing free physical therapy to assist in recovery but the foot drop may never go away and it evident that deflecting is code for deny responsibility. It’s been difficult to digest that my left foot and muscle in that leg are annoying reminders each day that I’m a fall risk by no fault of my own. WYT
