The staff is friendly, location is great, office is clean, and the wait time is reasonable. However, the way skincare issues are treated in this office is solely for managing symptoms at the cost of your health. If that's what you are looking for and need, then this would be a good place to go. If you need the reason behind why it's happening, any alternative treatments (outside of washing your skin) or need your physician to be curious in the slightest, it is not the place for you. The physicians use a type of healthcare that just manages the symptoms you are experiencing but has no education outside of that. I'll continue my pursuit of actual healthcare in Lynchburg elsewhere.

The doctor gave me the choice of doing a whole-body exam or just the upper body. I've never had problems w my legs, so I chose the upper body exam. Next time, I'll do the whole body and then alternate back and forth. The doctor did a thorough exam of my upper body and even took a biopsy of one site. The doctor was very professional and personable.

Got in very quick! Taking back on time both visits and total professionalism at the desk at check in and check out. Medical staff friendly and ask questions and offer great advice. I'm very glad I found them.

Dr. B. is so personable and kind. He really puts you at ease. I liked how he explained things as he examined me. All of the staff were wonderful. Very thankful to have found Seven Hills!
