Yassin Pediatrics

Just had my son there as new patient. Since his previous pediatrian office closed. Wasn't til I told Yassin my son's ADHD & I don't believe in giving him medicine for his ADHD. Stated he can't take my son as a new patient. Even though has other patients that are ADHD. Suggested I take him to pediatrian that deals with development health. Which I already have him seeing specialists for his development skills. I feel he nitpicked not wanting to see my son as a patient since I refuse to put him on ADHD medicine. Very highly annoyed & upset

The past two years, I have taken my son to  Dr. Yassin's office, the staff is very  considerate of other people's  well-being. When you talk to them, they truly listen, which helps you feel  understood and facilitates conversation about diagnosis or therapy . I can't  express how strongly I endorse it compared to other doctor's  offices where you feel like your issues  aren't understood . They have  consistently treated me plus my child with the highest care and  operate in the most professional  manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND I love them 🥰

First and foremost, Dr. Yassin is an amazing doctor as my kids who are now adults were under his care since way back in 2012. However, my daughter who just had her first baby had a horrible first baby appointment because the staff was rude, uneducated and disrespectful. This was all due to insurance questions in which was all squared away the day prior to avoid any problems the day of. It was assured the staff understood there wasn't a reference number, but that billing would be billed with my daughter's member ID # because her baby would ride her insurance for 60 days. Upon arriving at the appointment, a staff member came into the waiting room, standing over my daughter and I questioning everything and I explained that I called the day before and everything was squared away. She said fine

I absolutely love DR Yassin, have been taking my son there since he was born and I trust him completely. His kind disposition makes it very comfortable to speak with him or ask him questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He doesn’t push anything on you either, he never made me feel like I was forced into anything regarding vaccines or flu shots. I would trust him with my children anyday. Also I have never been told they couldn’t squeeze me in when my child is sick. They always allowed me to come in whether they were almost closing or had a full schedule. Great doctor!

My daughter has been going to Dr Yassin for almost 3 years. ( but they then switched me to the nurse practitioner and didn’t tell me why) I made an appointment on their portal for 4:45 today ( it was available for me to take). I get a call from someone at the office this morning saying “ 4:45 doesn’t work for us today, can you come in earlier?” I asked what their latest appointment was and she said 11:15!! I asked why only 11:15 she said “ due to summer and patient capacity “ I’m so disappointed that I have to look for a new doctor.
