Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care - Forked River

I have to say, I went to urgent care in lacey not feeling well at all! Turned out i had covid. However, I truly feel it is necessary to give credit where credit is due. I Met the MOST amazing woman who took care of me and her name was Amy Werner. She is truly an amazing, highly intelligent , intuitive, kindest, caring and loving woman. By the time I left, as sick as I was, I had a sense of peace and knowing all would be alright. Amy took her time to sit and talk with me, she helped me in so many ways. Emotionally, physically and mentally!! She is such a wonderful spirited woman whom I am so grateful I had gotten the chance to meet. I feel nothing is by coincidence as I was guided to go to lacey even though I live in Barnegat. I want to say many many thank yous to a beautiful souled wo

HMH Forked River location From the receptionist ,to the medical assistant, to the doctor and the nurse and even the exit receptionist we give them 5 stars. They were all welcoming, professional ,kind and caring. We really appreciate their expertise in healthcare.And they made us feel comfortable too. Continue to keep up your professionalism and Thank you for a wonderful experience. Dr. Dawson, Jeffrey and Holly went the extra mile to assist us during our visit.

The nurses were great, unfortunately I saw Dr Braunwell I found him to be very rude. As an example when I asked and started going over the meds prescribed his response was” I already told you I’m not mentioning again” what doctor says that!!! I just wanted to make sure I knew what was being prescribed. My first and definitely last time I will visit there.

The nurse who took my blood pressure decided to use just his thumb and jam it into my elbow and then pumped the cuff until my fingers turned purple. He didn't use a stethoscope or gloves, just his thumb deep into my elbow. Not only unprofessional, and inaccurate, but also caused undue pain. To make things worse he writes down my BP as 118/66. Hahaha. Not since I was 18 yrs old. Who's letting these people work like this?! Management needs some retraining asap before you catch a lawsuit.. Then... the doctor comes in.. Mind you I have every symptom of the flu MINUS congestion He said It looks like a sinus infection... Are you serious? I've had several sinus infections and this sickness has me on my deathbed... Anyways I had to be re-seen today, but but it was already too late for the meds t

Great experience today! In and out quickly ( < 40 minutes)…. Caitlyn ( Caltiyn ? ) was thorough, checked lungs , saw signs of sinus infection, prescribed right antibiotic quickly along with other care instructions. I will come back. Only slight ding is sign saying front lot is for staff only was hard to see… so I had to walk around building, but a little good exercise.
