I previously had a less-than-great experience and had left a review, but I came back to give this office another chance because Miss Patel has always been an excellent dentist. I’m very glad I did. The hygienists are great, and there have been major improvements at the front desk. Aria at the reception area was wonderful, extremely helpful, professional, and resourceful. Overall, my experience has completely changed for the better, and it’s now a very positive one. I am glad that I came back. Billing dept still needs work though . I received an email saying I owe another $25 after paying in full for $408.80 as per my insurance company.I attached a picture to show patient responsibility.

I had such a wonderful experience at Encore Dental of Lacey! Dr. Patel and her staff provided the absolute best service possible—friendly, professional, and caring from start to finish. I received the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and they made the whole process comfortable and thorough. I truly felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Encore Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Front desk ladies are kinda nice but the actual dentist are beyond rude not compassionate and if you have a dental emergency DONT go here they wont handle it theyll wanna stretch it out to several appointments where they dont actually do any work on the problem and when asked for an explanation as to why they cant temporarily fix the problem the response from the female dentist was "Listen im the only dentist in here that doesn't wanna rip out every single tooth in your mouth if your not happy get a second opinion". My current dentist was shocked by that and the fact they didnt temporary fix the issue to avoid further damage its like this dental office want your teeth to be unsavable so they get a bigger payday from extremely expensive no payment plan available dentures especially since th

I went there a month ago with a painful cavity. It was a 9 o'clock appointment which is when they open. I still had to wait 15 minutes to be seen even though I was the first appointment. I expressed the desire to have my tooth filled, but if it was too bad of a cavity, I wanted it pulled because I have no insurance and can not afford a root canal and crown. The doctor filled it never explaining that it was so deep that I may still experience pain as the nerve was close to the filling. Had he explained that, I would have said to pull it. As it is, my tooth pain never stopped and I ended up going back after one month. They lost my medical history so I had to fill it out again.
