I've been getting meds here since I was a child but haven't gone back for awhile. I came back yesterday because it was convenient at that time. I picked up medications and the woman asked me to pay $3 for three pills of laxative. On papers, it clearly says "patient pay 0" but her reasoning was "insurance only gave us 20cents and it's not enough".
Very friendly service.. happy to drop the prescription all the time because of their professional offer.
Terrible service, took forever to find medicine. Even called in an hour earlier, got there, and had to wait another 40 minutes to get my medicine because they misplaced it.
Very bad attitude, every time to take medicine is too much.
this yanyan pharmacy is terrible, rude. never go to this pharmacy.
