Don't come here if you are looking for a COVID vaccine. They denied me for not being 65+ despite California deciding to not listen to our misinformed FDA.
Every around three months, I will ask for a refill of my medication, every time when I pick up my medication, Costco pharmacy will automatically change the manufacturers of my medication without inform to me. Since last year, the costco pharmacy already changed 7 to 8 different manufacturers of my medication, even it is the same medication. this is unbelievable and it only happen at costco pharmacy.
Always excellent Service With All Pharmacy Techs
I did not stop by pharmacy only i stop by clothes, foods & other etc
For my fort visit it all went smooth. Had a Rx transferred over and before I knew it I was being contacted by them that it would be ready within the hour. I had not asked and figured it would take a day or so to have this done but they were on the ball.
