I had the greatest experience getting my eyes checked by dr Thai and choosing my glasses was fun and the most easiest since i started using glasses. I never felt rushed. They were very patient with me while i went through the many glass options the carry. My glasses arrived wayyy sooner than expected. Thank you guys! Will definitely recommend!

Dr. Thai treated me and my husband with the utmost care and professionalism. We did not feel rushed, and she thoroughly explained the different types of lenses that would fit our needs. The progressives work really well and have made driving and reading so much more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Thai for your vision needs.

Wow! We are absolutely blown away by the service we received from Dr. Thai and her team! Two weeks ago, my wife had her very first eye exam with Dr. Thai—and we couldn’t be happier. We were seen within five minutes of arriving (no long wait, which is rare these days), and from the moment the exam began, it was clear we were in excellent hands. Dr. Thai is professional, warm, and incredibly personable. She took her time with the exam, didn’t rush a single step, and was impressively thorough. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The experience was so great, I returned today with my own pair of eyeglasses—frames I’d been holding onto for over a year because I didn’t trust just anyone to handle them. These aren’t ordinary frames—they require custom drilling and specialty screws.

Although New and Far is under new ownership, I have been coming here for years and the staff is still the same. I continue to come here because the service they provide is very good, detail oriented, and accurate. Not only that, the staff friendly and very personable which is also why I keep coming back.
