Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Orange

Reception was simple, easy, and very pleasant. Maria who took me in and eventually even performed labs was awesome!! Anja Gunderson (APRN) was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. Believe she was also the attending last time I had to go there. I hope I don’t have to go back but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.

I take this time to express my gratitude to the APRN Anja Gunderson for going above and beyond to ensure my son's medical situation was handled quickly and professionally on 1/22/2026. Thank you for being a caring nurse and for making my son and me feel comfortable and secure. I also thank the medical receptionist and Medical assistant for their professionalism. One of the best urgent cares my family and I will continue to go to. I also recommend that others go to this Urgent Care. Keep up the great work. I salute you all!

YNHH Urgent Visit was convenient, clean, safe and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My visit had no wait time and my goal was accomplished without any difficulty. My APRN was professional and pleasant to speak with openly. I highly recommend this facility and staff for non-urgent and urgent care services. You won’t be disappointed I assure you.

I was lied to by the provider. I was told because of pain I would get adjusted duty at work. Paperwork reflected the opposite. Provider was uncomfortable and distant. I wasn’t seeking pain meds or time off for work. I wasn’t genuinely concerned for my health. The provider barely gave me a a passing glance. Gave me five minutes of time.

The staff were the best! This is the only place that has treated me and mother like 5 star hotel guests. They offered us a drink, an everyone was very friendly. I asked do they staff name, and the front desk lady is named India, the two medical assistants are named Michele and David, a the provider is named Sasha. All were incredible!
