Hawley Lane Shoes

I went to buy the New Balance 990 after having breakfast and arrived at the store early with my boyfriend. We were actually the first customers there. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing because of the sales associate who helped us. She was quite rude from the beginning. She kept insisting that I should get a size larger without really asking how the shoe felt on my foot. Instead of listening to my feedback, she kept interrupting us and making comments about how the shoe “should” fit. It felt like she wasn’t interested in what I was saying or how comfortable the shoe actually was for me. I originally planned to buy the shoes that day, but because of her attitude, I decided not to. Lisa was friendly and extremely helpful!! I went in for new sneakers because my feet hurt and she took one look at what I had and said those are the wrong sneakers for you. She had me try on a different type and it was the difference between night and day! I highly recommend Lisa and Hawley Lane!

My husband has a very hard time finding shoes that fit well. After shopping on the Internet with no success it was a relief to find salespeople who were truly knowledgeable about various shoe brands and who could then suggest styles that would fit best.

We had a wonderful experience at Hawley Lane Shoes! Rose helped my Mom find shoes for a wedding and everyday walks. She spent 90 minutes with us. She was kind, patient and friendly. She searched and listened to our needs. Amazing employee! All employees there are so friendly and make the stress of purchasing shoes fun! Great team!

My wife have been going to Hawley lane shoes since my kids were little and now we take our grandkids my wife as well also brought shoes and sneakers for herself. So I said Let me try them because I have Foot problems and the foot doctor did not help me. So when I went In they measured my feet for new sneakers and orthotics. I was Amazed what a difference my feet do not hurt anymore. Rose was very knowledgeable and helpful and the manager was awesome thank you.
