DOCS Allergy Testing and Treatment - Orange - Dr. Birur Chandra

I had to finally leave my allergist of 22 years because this office he moved to doesn't answer phone calls ,doesn't refil perscptions, doesn't return voice mail messages, and overcharges your insurance and then tells you they will correct it 4 different times but never does. You never see the same PA or medical receptionist twice because there is a different one every time you have an appointment . No phobes ring in their office. Called to refill asthma medication and was told by the voice mail operator that they were too busy to answer the phone. Went down to the office to find no patients there and the receptionist,drs, and PAs standing around talking amongst themselves .

No one answers the phone. I have not been able to schedule an appointment for six months and I’m supposed to be on therapy shots for every month. Please provide a number to speak to someone from the front desk in order to correct this. This is unacceptable that no one has returned any of my voicemails at the main office or headquarters switchboard.

If you have allergy problems stop suffering from them and get tested so you can control. Instead of sneezing with sinus pressure and headaches take control of this problem at Docs medical.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Sidana saved my life. 2 weeks after I had turned 45. For years he would call me his "miracle patient". He and Joe his PA, plus their staff are kind, compassionate and most of all knowledgeable. I see them in the North Haven office. That is why I have stayed with Lung Docs Of Ct for 8 years. Dr. Sidana and Joe are also 5 stars as Sleep Disorder Specialists. Debbie in respiratory and Carrie I see each visit also get 5 stars, as do all who I talk with in their office in Milford. Dr. Abbenante was great. He was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. He made sure we understood everything that was to happen while we are under his care. Very professional but very personable. Jennifer at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful with the forms we needed to fill out. We will be sure to tell our family & friends about this experience.
