I would not do business with this facility or doctor again. The doctor and staff started out wonderful, then on my last visit, they left me prepped on my stomach in a room for an hour without checking on me. It was so uncomfortable, that I had to get up, and that is when they finally came in to check on me. They had to re-prep me and seemed annoyed about it. It was so inconsiderate and uncomfortable. Then they charged my insurance company about $21,000 for the 5 procedures, leaving me with a final bill of $3500. So disgusting that they feel they can get away with charging these absorbent prices without prior disclosure. The lady in billing said they can charge whatever they want, so I ended the conversation. So disgusting! I would not recommend them!

I just had the TIF procedure done about 6 hours ago. It was a SUPER PLEASANT experience dealing with everyone starting from the front office staff, pre op nurse, anesthesiologist, Dr. Salem himself, and the recovery room nurse. Dr. Salem is one of the "early adopters" of the TIF procedure and you can literally feel the confidence he has in his skills and the competency of his subordinates. The surgery center itself is clean, organized, well-lit and has convenient parking. The ambient music they play is a mix of 30's/40's Big Band/Jazz so they deserve extra credit for that. My husband was treated at this clinic and received no proper medical care — only complications and serious health issues. No help, no responsibility. Avoid this place.

The worst medical clinic in the world! I got only complications instead of help!
