Dr Tatiana is an amazing pharmacist!! When my thyroid medicine started to react to my HRT and another medication for a chronic illness that I was allergic to, Dr Tatiana has been a champion for me and my family (I'm a single momma) to get to the bottom of it and help me get back my health!! Her empathy, excellent bedside manner, and warm presence is one of the reasons my family is loyal to the Ralph's grocery stores in general, and this pharmacy in particular. We love this store and have great service at this Ralph's. The pharmacy is just one of many reasons that sets this particular Ralph's grocery store apart from the rest in Orange County. The clerks, staff, and every manager really cares about the customers and wants the best experience for everyone. They absolutely go out of their way
I don’t know why there would even be reviews from years ago. I have been coming here for over three years now. I have never once had a bad experience here. The staff has always been pleasant, professional and willing to explain new prescriptions to me.
Good for groceries but definitely not a professional pharmacy. Ralph's should just stick to what they know and do best (sell produce). I have NEVER experienced such bad service and rude people over the phone. My doctor (from Hoag Medical) sent in 3 prescriptions and only 2 got filled. Tracking down the item was a freaking nightmare. My doctor resubmitted the prescription 2 more times and their system showed "not received"! This went on for two days... It turns out that Ralphs has an antiquated system which apparently does not communicate fully when dealing with reputable medical groups such as Hoag. I wasn't please with the lady at Ralph's pharmacy for yelling at me and suggesting that the doctor himself should call her directly. This experience will have me staying away from Ralp
This Pharmacy is the best! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The head Pharmacist, Tatiana is such a sweetheart!
