Xpress Urgent Care - Jupiter

I came to Xpress Urgent Care for a school and sports physical with my mom , and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team showed great patient care and attention to detail everything was done thoroughly but efficiently. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was also seen quickly since the location wasn’t crowded, which made the visit even smoother. I really appreciated how organized and caring everyone was!

I went to Xpress Urgent Care in Jupiter after dealing with the Florida weather shift, allergies, and a bit of the flu kicking in and honestly, the care I received was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and quick to get me checked in. The nurse practitioner was so kind and detailed, really taking the time to listen and make sure I got the right treatment. The clinic was spotless, calm, and everything moved efficiently without feeling rushed. With the ups and downs of the Florida climate, it’s such a relief to know there’s a place like this where you can walk in, be cared for with compassion, and walk out feeling better and supported. I’ve been a patient with Med Florida for years and always had great experiences. However, the urgent care side is a different story. I went to this urgent care today, September 25th, for IV treatment, but unfortunately my experience was very poor. The lady in charge, Jasmine, was not only unable to place the IV after two painful attempts, but her attitude was also far from professional. She was curt, unsympathetic, and did not demonstrate the compassion or skill that patients deserve. After two unsuccessful and painful tries, the treatment was never completed. Despite this, I was still expected to pay for a service I did not fully receive. ( copy was paid I didn’t leave without paying it) I left the facility still experiencing the same symptoms I arrived with. I then had to drive myself,

I had a pre-employment screening done at this facility and was very impressed. They were able to accommodate a last-minute appointment, and the entire process was efficient, fast, and friendly. The staff was professional and welcoming, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone needing a pre-employment screen or similar services.

Experience was great, staff was very very respectful and nice. They got me in and out very quickly and made me feel like I was appreciated!
