Dr Shim and staff were amazing. They took the time to test all aspects of vision health, not just sight. Some tests I'd never seen before, it was fascinating. They carefully explained each test and went over the results and possible treatment. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Shim and Staff are outstanding. Dr Shim offers something no other optician that I’ve been to, offers…after the exam, she takes test lenses and inserts them into an eyeglass frame holder for patient to test the lenses that match the results of your exam she just did on you. She wants to make sure you’re comfortable with that prescription. My experience with other opticians is that they don’t test their prescription they just gave you and it’s never quite right but the patient doesn’t know until after they’ve received their new glasses. So it save a time and money for both the patient and the doctor. Dr Shim’s personality is wonderful too. She is so nice and warm, smart and a good all around Doctor. Her staff is the same. Dr. Shim Is the best! My family and I have been seeing her for over twenty years! 100 per cent competent and sees things other Dr’s do not catch! She is thorough and doesn’t miss a beat. Very caring . I highly recommend her and her staff! Her receptionist/admin has also been there from the start is she is a pleasure and always so helpful!

Dr. Shim is conscientious and thorough. She takes her time to ensure that every aspect of your eye health is considered (including referrals to specialist for further treatment). Dr. Shim is not only a high level professional but is also very personable, kind and caring. I recommend her for all of your eye care needs!
