Great first visit with Dr Micky. I felt very comfortable and assured that I was in the right place. He assessed my situation and listened carefully to my concerns. Once his evaluation was complete he sat me down and explained what was happening with my back, how it developed and what I needed to do to improve the back. Dr. Mickey Masucci was methodical and tactical in his approach to diagnosing my lower back pain. He was able to pin point exactly what's causing my pain, and worked with me to build a program that would alleviate it. The full McGill assessment was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend Arise to anyone that's dealing with back pain.

I went in for a McGill assessment for my lower back pain. Dr. Masucci was able to find my pain triggers which I was not able to find on my own after reading The Back Mechanic book. Dr. Masucci reviewed my MRI and was able to identify the movements I should avoid and the exercises I should do to strengthen my back stability. He was also able to point out the direction of my disc bulge in the MRI. I've now been doing the exercises for 1 month and have been having less back pain. Drove 2 hours from Miami to see him and very glad I did.

Great experience with Mickey and the McGill assessment. I tried the self assessment and was off in my identification of the pain triggers. Mickey was patient, attentive, thorough and caring. Much appreciated the initial appointment and look forward to getting better.
