I spent three weeks in rehab with a very difficult situation. I got the best care I could get anywhere. The nursing care was exceptional especially the head nurse and the assistant head nurse. Young admissions. Director was especially nice to me and got what I needed. The activities trio were very nice to me. And got me over to some other activities as much as I could go. If not, they brought any treats they were having to me in my room.. if I have to say anything lacking, that was the amount of food you got. But I went for the rehab not the food! ,, if you need rehab, I highly recommend this place!!!

My brother was in a terrible place before and we’ve been looking for years for a new place with no success. I saw this place on the Internet a couple of weeks ago and went in for a tour. The place was amazing and the residents have private rooms. My brother was accepted and was just admitted yesterday. I met the staff and they were so friendly and did everything that they could to accommodate my brother. He seemed very happy and I think will have a good life in this new place. It’s only the second day but I already feel much safer knowing he is there. They also have family lounges inside and outside for visits which is great if you have children!

I am presently a patient here. Ordinarily i would give it 5 stars but occasionally, like. ,,,-today I wait over an hour for someone ro answer my light. I call the nurses after 3. calls i get an answer and a promise of help and here I am 10 minutes later. Is there an emergency that requires every nurse? So far 3 have walked past. This happens at night or on the weekend. During the week t and ard are a pleasure. I know this is long but then what else am I expected to do ? ... GOING ON 2 HOURS. Aa

Some of the staff were nice. My dad spent some time there and lost a bunch of weight, he claimed they only gave him small portions of food a day. They also threw out a lot of important paperwork he had me bring him while he was there. They never answer the phone and the only way I'd ever get in contact with them is by calling the social worker, Courtney. Edit: They have also never responded to numerous calls from numerous people to fill out important insurance paperwork for my Dad.

Beautiful building and grounds from the outside. Total disappointment on the inside. Outdated decor and furnishings. Zero security. You press a button and get buzzed in. Very rarely is someone at the front desk after 5pm. One of the smallest elevators I've seen which is totally insufficient for more than 2 people and close to impossible for wheelchair-bound individuals. Understaffed, terrible smell of urine in hallways. Residents are herded together in front of a tv in a common area if they are on the long term care floor. Residents are only given showers ONCE a week and many of these people are incontinent!!! Blasphemous! Staff were pleasant but this place needs an overhaul and quickly. I question how the owners of this place justify it's current state and poor performance standards. Ou
