Hillcrest Center

Tony from admissions was a wonderful guide. He explained all entrance paperwork needed and all the activities available to the patients. The daily menus is posted. There was a bingo game for the residents and the room was packed. The bedding rooms set up was unusual with two beds and some with four beds. He also explained how the three floors are set up with a nursing station on each floor. The outside grounds need sprucing up then the place would be more welcoming. It is understandable because of the winter weather. The tour was worth our time.

I can not thank Mr. Anthony Thompson enough for his angelic love and concern for my Mom, Ms. Jackson. God is good, and he is a direct reflection of Him. I will always be eternally grateful 🙏 to Tony for his care and compassion. He is by far the cornerstone to this institution and can't be compensated enough for his efforts. Shout out to Social worker Tianna too, the "salt of the earth". No institution is perfect but these two diamonds shine. Thank you!

My father has been a short-term care resident for the past month. I have been very pleased with his care thus far. The medical treatment has been excellent, the staff regularly communicate my father's progress and the CNA's are particularly warm and caring towards my father. And, both he AND his room are always clean! My father has been a resident of other area short-term rehab facilities, but Hillcrest has provided the best caring, comprehensive treatment thus far.

My mother Barbara has been a resident at the Hillcrest Center since the end of June 2025. Her experience and mine have been exceptional thus far and worthy of mention.The staff we've met are compassionate, extremely pleasant, and caring. Thank you Hillcrest for calming our fears! Sharon J.

This is a fabulous place. It is clean and friendly...just a great place. Mr. TANAY is the best...I am glad my brother is in his care. Nurses are wonderful...especially Stephanie. I feel comfortable that my brother is here!
