AFC Urgent Care Cheltenham

The staff all had positive attitudes. Also theywere very respectful. They answered your questions to the best of their ability. Everyone was so polite, even to us moms who came in with multiple children, which can be frustrating, but they definitely held their composure and treated everyone equally. The wait time was not so bad once you get in the back the doctors are very attentive. They do ask a lot of questions, but I understand and I myself actually appreciated that so I know they are diagnosing and treating be with the right medication for my children. It was a overall great visit no complaints at all.

The crew was super welcoming and fast, especially considering we were rolling in right before closing time. (Apologies!) Marty was extremely friendly and comforting and efficient. Will definitely come back here for any future needs to see and be cared for!!

I went in today for a physical and test. The ladies at the front desk were very professional, kind and patient. It too me a couple minutes getting my papers filled out and the answered all of my many questions. The nurse and staff were also very professional and showed great customer service. I came in for treatment of second degree burns. Initially, i was put off by the sign in kiosk, but the front desk people ( Denise and Shameeka) were warm and welcoming to me and other patients in the waiting area. I had a short wait and was seen by the MA ( Robin) who was professional and caring. My care was provided by a Nurse Practitioner ( Erica M) She provided excellent care, was extremely skilled and explained my care in detail, leaving room for my questions and concerns.

I understand that healthcare work is challenging, and I truly respect the effort it takes to care for patients. However, my experience with Rayne (pronounced Rain) at this location was terrible. I arrived at the clinic at 1:30. Around 3, My last name was improperly called out by Rayne. No one else walked up, and since it was close to my last name, I asked if she meant to call (my correct name.) She looked at the paper, nodded, and told me to follow her—no apology. From the start, her energy and tone were unfriendly. She never said please or thank you throughout our entire check in and didn’t communicate basic expectations, like “the doctor will be right with you,” when she left the room. I then met the nurse practitioner, who let me know I had to step out to the front desk to make an add
