Do not use this pharmacy. Especially if you are a mother looking to get a breast pump. This pharmacy is entirely a business. They do not verify your prescription with insurance. Then they make you sign documents so that you are held accountable for the entire payment of your medical device. My breast pump was considered out of network but they never verified this information until after I had already received and used the pump. The pump itself literally ended up in the trash because it was awful. I was left to pay for something that I couldn’t even use. I am a victim of their tactics trying to save you from becoming one as well.

Wyatts pharmacy goes above and beyond. Home town store located off hwy 78. Easy parking, drive thru, and friendly staff. My medication is always ready for pick up. Please visit wyatts. Put a chain pharmacy second choice, trust me.

Absolutely horrible service! We went to the pharmacy section to get compression socks and didn’t feel as though they wanted to help us. Was told to go three doors down we were the only customers and two ladies inside also didn’t feel the need to help us. My husband almost fell going into the store because of his miss step, we had to by medical supplies and equipment, but due to the lack of wanting to help us, we moved on. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or not, but we will not be returning.

Angie seems to be the only one in the past that is able to get anything done in the Durable Medical Equipment company area. However, in multiple communications with Jennifer.. might I suggest that she take an etiquette course and learn how to speak to people on the phone correctly? The attitude has got to go, if you don’t want to do your job I’m sure that they will hire someone that will. At this point I do not want the Medical Equipment that you refused to fill out paperwork my physician sent over and would like to thank PROLINE MEDICAL for explaining very courteously a work around. So in final thoughts…. The pharmacy side is wonderful but some training on phone answering and possibly some HIPPA training would be extremely beneficial! And maybe NOT have Jennifer work with patients? I a
