This place is for the scardy cat people like myself! I was petrified of getting a root canal. They were patient with me and did not rush through this dental procedure. I was constantly asked how I was doing while they were doing the fixing. Great service, very professional but personable! This staff is awesome!

I’m honestly very frustrated with my experience today. My appointment was scheduled three weeks ago for both a deep cleaning and fillings. When I arrived, I paid $252 expecting to have the full cleaning completed. Once I was seated, I was informed that the deep cleaning would only cover the upper left and bottom right quadrants , and that I’d need to schedule another appointment for the remaining areas. I’ve never heard of a “partial” cleaning before. Thankfully, Sierra was wonderful, professional, kind, and transparent. However, neither Dr. Dunn, the staff who scheduled me, nor the staff who took my payment mentioned that the cleaning would be split. My daughter referred me to Smile Symphony ! Dr. Bunn & staff are very professional, caring, gentle, detailed , making me feel at ease no worries, they ask you what you looking to do and he took time to listen then they did my X-Rays smoothly. Dr.Bunn let me know what was needed to fix my teeth, and they went over the treatment plan along with cost . Excited to have my teeth healthy again soon. I can't wait to get my work done! I am not a fan of the dentist but unfortunately you have to go. Well let’s start with the welcoming that you receive upon arrival. Friendly great customer service, clean facility. The young lady who took my X-rays was amazing! And Dr. Bunn was very kind and genuine. I found my dental office. Thank you 😊

This Dentist did not keep medical records and was only interested in making upcharges for more money. All but six Veneers have broken/chipped off and had to be replaced in less than two years. He is also very limited in his medical experience about Veneers and caused my grandma mouth scarring for life while telling her it would go away. He used some type of glue that changed her skin white around her mouth but he didn't keep records so we'll never know. Don't trust this guy, his Veneers or his work! Just Say No!
