When you call regardless of which prompt you chose you will be on hold for a long time. They don’t call with important information just will send an email. When it should be a call to make sure patients understand, and to answer any questions needed. The waiting area is super small, and they always over book because it’s always super crowded. So be prepared to wait for a while. Possibly bring your own chair or be ready to stand. Overall .5 out of 10.

My son keevon has Down syndrome and Mr. Crawford and his staff at the Lithia springs location are always amazing and friendly. Mr. Crawford has been so good to my son.

Very unsanitary this was our first time here and it was horrible. The floors where disgusting , counter spaces not cleaned . Just gross .

Crawford orthodontics is great as always. We travel from Macon to the lithia springs location since that’s where Dr Crawford is. His son was there this time and he was really nice.
