i take my kids to dr katerji and i love her. she's super patient and kind. she treats my kids with respect and care. my daughter is special needs and they always accommodate us fairly and quickly. thank you!

We started taking our kids here about 3 years ago, and were very happy. Now, we're ready to switch and go somewhere else. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get them in to be seen. Even an annual, you have to book 4 months out or more. Then they'll cancel it on you without telling you. If your kid is sick, good luck. We're more familiar with the urgent care providers at this point than their PCP. They won't even call you back. They take forever to get meds or referrals in. They should be paying me for the amount of work I've had to put in just to get my kids seen.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sheetz highly enough! She will always greet with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Sheetz takes the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns, providing thoughtful and thorough explanations for every question I have. She provides genuine care about my well-being. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating, and I never feel rushed during my visits. I truly appreciate how Dr. Sheetz not only focuses on treating the issue at hand but also works with me to maintain overall health and wellness. I always leave the office feeling confident in my healthcare decisions. If you’re looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive primary care physician she is absolutely the one to trust!

I’m very disgusted with the pediatrics. My daughter was seen in this office on a Friday because she was sick. We actually went in there for a wellness check up, but they denied her that because of her temperature so then became a sick visit. Well they did testing to figure out what was wrong with her. They did the common test flu Covid rsv All of them come back negative not once. Did they say let’s check her urine. Let me Say that again not once did they say let me check her urine they just automatically assumed it was a virus. So she’s been fighting this extremely bad temperature on and off the whole weekend. also I did reach out via chart to tell them my daughter‘s doctor that she still had a temperature. She said if her temperature doesn’t go away, she’ll need to be seen two days later.

My daughter was scheduled in march, may, and July. All new patient appointments after the wvu pediatrics office by Berkeley medical center lost a provider. All three were canceled via a my chart message less than 24 hours before the appointment. Awful customer service, and damn near neglect of a two year old. Stay far far away from this office. I’ve heard nothing but bad things but I went as a teen so I wanted to give them a chance. Definitely regretting that now.
