I seriously love this office the Denist and hygienist are so nice and comforting it’s never a long wait and they address all my concerns.. love love love them!

New patient process was quick and comprehensive. I need an extensive cleaning and an extraction which will be handled by a surgeon the office is partnered with which is literally 100 feet away. I will update in the coming weeks after the work is done. 2017-09-25: It has been more than several weeks, and I have in fact moved. I just resolved a billing issue where my former employer's custom policy caused a refusal of payment of benefit due to there being insufficient elapsed time between services. The hygenist I spoke with called the company for clarification and refuted the policy on my behalf. Ultimately the old bill was simply written off (it was less than $70) despite my willingness to pay it. I am upgrading them to five stars. Since the original post I have had extensive periodontal

Hancock Dental has always been fantastic. They listen to my concerns, and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. For the last couple of appointments, I have had to bring my daughter with me and it's never been a problem. They even let her pick out a toothbrush and sticker at the end just for being there with me. She loves coming to the dentist. Any positive feelings I can get for my kid about the dentist is a huge win! The teeth cleaning is professional and gentle. They are thorough when cleaning around my permanent retainer. They remember me and follow up with anything I need, but never anything unnecessary. I highly recommend Hancock Dental. Five stars!

I have not actually visited the dental center yet because I had to postpone my appointment due to an accident. The health coordinator, however, was most helpful and understanding to reschedule. When I finally had my first appointment with Hancock Dental, I was impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and the procedures. Jess and Dr. Josh explained everything, and Jess explained each step she was doing during my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Josh is delightfully friendly. I've done my time in a dentist's chair in 82 years; this is the first time I have been so comfortable. I have already recommended Hancock Dental Center to a few of my relatives.

I had a great first visit and cleaning. Andrea at the front desk was very helpful in getting me established as a new patient, Beth did a great job with my cleaning and Dr. Hancock was welcoming and made me feel like I was in good hands. Happy to have found this practice.
