I am extremely happy with this service and this product. I previously had an Oticon hearing aid in one ear from an injury, but now I have it in both ears, the other from old age, and my hearing is much improved. The office staff treated me with courtesy and compassion, the hearing test was easy, all was explained to me in detail. I am very satisfied with the product, and I am learning all the other great little surprises--streaming my TV in my hearing aid, who'd a thought!

I appreciate that wherever I am, Online, Oakland CA, New York City, or Martinsburg WV, Hearing life is there for me. My visit to see Krista was very fulfilling. She took the time to listen to me concerns, review my records from the other sessions I had across the nation, and then proffer real solutions. While the clinic was running a bit late, it was clear from the fact she diod not rush me, that she takes the same level of care for all her patients. I was not at all concerned about the delay, and very glad that she had no problem staying late to finish me up. She also took the time to schedule my next follow up now that I am not traveling so much. Whether is it Krista or Jamie, I am sure I will be in very good hands.

Jamie was great with my mom. She was friendly and explained everything throughly. Asking if she had any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a hearing aid
