Wound Healing Center

I visited the Center January 2025 because two heel spurs were still open wounds two years after a botched surgery to remove them. During the two years, two foot doctors advised to leave them open and they would heal“.Besides not healing, the open wound caused branch cellulitis infections. After treatment by the nurses in the Wound Center, the open wounds were healed! Nurse practitioner Erin Horn was exceptional in diagnosing issues and the nurses were professionally skilled ! I recommend the Spartanburg Regional Wound Center to anyone!

The care IN the Wound Center is great but the customer service afterward is not. My mother has chronic wounds. She has been cared for monthly for several months. They finally have given her a treatment that has improved her situation. The problem is we cannot get the supplies ourselves. They have to be ordered though a physician. She was told that would be done for her but she is now out of the supplies given to her. I have called but NO ONE will return a phone call.

Very concerned, GREAT team of caring individuals! With all our visits in Nov & Dec 2015, we never encountered an employee that acted obligated to assist us!

Poor wait over a hour for app and still not seen. People who have came in after me going back and a very rude Receptionist.
