Access Therapy

Carol Caron is a phenomenal speech therapist! She worked with my daughter, and now she won’t stop talking! (I don't know if this is a good or bad thing 😆). In all seriousness though, Carol really cares about her clients, and puts her heart into her work. She is always punctual, great at communication, and extremely knowledgeable in her work. She also makes it easy for parents to understand the clinical words, and offers multiple ways to support your child in the home. I am extremely grateful to Carol for the strides she made with my daughter, and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of Speech Services.

Our daughter had a great time with Karen at Access Therapy. Our daughter was so excited to attend everytime we came there! Karen is so great with her. She showed great enthusiasm and care while taking care of our daughter. She gave great attentiveness and allowed us to sit in with our daughter and ask questions along the way. Karen gave great feedback to tell us about our daughter's progress and what to look forward to the next session. We appreciate you so much for being a part of our daughter's journey starting kindergarten this year!

I gave it 4 stars because it took my daughter over a year to get in, and when she did get in I really didn't have a choice for the time I could bring her. Thankfully she's only in preschool so missing half a day once week is not much of a problem right now. With that being said the staff has been amazing. It was pretty easy to get her started. I believe I filled everything out online and very little to sign in person. We had Mrs Karen as her therapist and my daughter adored her. She had a problem hearing and had to get ear tubs which not only caused a delay in her speech but i think also made her really shy. You can't tell with Mrs Karen. You would think my daughter has known her her whole life. She lights up the moment we drive in the parking lot. We've only been seeing her a few months

Both of my son’s have been going to Access Therapy for almost 2 years now. They both have OT and Speech. I have absolutely loved the staff! Victoria has also been amazing if I have had any kind of questions, concerns, etc. She is also the first to call or reach out to me if there is any issues with scheduling, our insurance, billing etc. I would highly recommend this place if your child/children need therapy. This is our second home and family! My boys look forward to coming every week!

Sierra has been nothing but great with my child he lights up when he sees her, She communicates well with scheduled times and his progress with fundamental interactions between them. I have seen significant improvement with my child. He continues to meet his daily goals which is so great to see. I recommend Access Therapy/ Sierra because they care about your kid and help them improve along the way.
