I have always had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist, but this office truly feels different. From the moment you walk in, Darby, Ekta, and Rhonda make you feel like you’re catching up with old friends. Their kindness and calm presence do so much to ease my nerves. Dr. Woolen is exactly where he’s meant to be. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, treats your teeth with genuine care, and only does what’s truly necessary. His skill and compassion made the entire experience completely pain-free, and for the first time, I didn’t leave dreading my next visit. Always and I’m telling the truth, a pleasure to come to the Satterfield Dentist Practice. The front desk is as helpful and efficient as the technicians and the Dentist himself. New equipment, gentle thorough treatments always personal attention. I’ve never waited in the front room attention is quick and you even get a free bottle of water before you get that little bag of free toothbrush and toothpaste! Truly a good place to come to know you’re taken good care of. They never push extra treatments on you and listen to all your concerns. Great place!!!!

Awesome experience! Everyone who works there was so friendly. Dr. Satterfield was easy going and made you feel appreciated. Excellent and very quickly completed the work. Understanding of your time, by completing two problems with one visit. Wonderful experience, especially on a first time visit.

I am not a fan of dental visits and I am also not a big review writer, but I have to say when the request to write a review came to my phone this evening I knew that I owed it to Dr. Woollen and CDA Ekta to write this review. If you are looking for a new dental practice, a practice that will treat you as an individual person with specific needs and requests, a practice that will treat you with respect, great care, and exceptional dental work - DO NOT LOOK FURTHER! Today, Dr. Woollen and Ekta took the time and patience to treat me with the utmost respect and care. They listened to my worries about a panic attack that I was having - in their words "they were not going to leave me alone in silence" they were not only physically their doing their job, which they do with the greatest profession

I can’t recommend Satterfield Family Dental enough! From the moment I arrive, everyone is warm, attentive, and truly focused on making the visit comfortable. Dr. Bryan is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk through what’s going on and answer my questions. They’re efficient without ever feeling rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that I received the best care. It’s rare to actually enjoy going to the dentist, but they make it such a positive experience every single time!
