This was my first visit Dr Trevor Johnson made me feel welcome and talked to me like I was someone has the utmost respect for people no matter who you are he explained things to where I could understand them and he made sure that the hearing test was helping me when he started I truly couldn't make out hardly anything by the time the test were done he explained why I couldn't make out what and how people were talking to me when everything was done he said he was going to fit me for some hearing aids but I had trouble with pay so he helped get me set up with the right program to help me pay for my hearing aids now cause of Dr Trevor Johnson and my new hearing aids I can hear things I couldn't hear before and that is a big Blessing from God and Dr Trevor Johnson Thank you

I highly recommend AudioNova in Spartanburg! I have been helping my Mom find hearing aids and this is the third place we have visited together and the service and quality are unmatched. Trevor is very knowledgeable explained every step of the process of testing and fitting the hearing aids. Mom is very pleased with her new hearing aids!

If I could give more stars I would. Thanks so much for getting my hearing aids updated. I called in the morning and before the end of the day, I was in and the hearing aids were updated and I could hear great again. Wonderful service, felt welcome and at ease about asking questions. I highly recommend for any of your hearing aid needs.
