I don’t often leave reviews, but given the challenges I experienced with this office, I feel one is warranted. Dr. Millon is excellent, and my children were patients at this practice for over 10 years. We always had a great experience in the past. However, after moving back to the state and returning to the office, my experience was completely different. Melissa was no longer there, and there seemed to be many new staff members. Starting with the front desk, it has been very difficult to get anything done. Communication is challenging, as they do not seem to understand English very well, which makes even simple requests frustrating and time-consuming. After having the same pediatrician for ten years, I was worried it would be tough for my kids to switch. But from the moment we met Dr. Millon, all my worries disappeared. My daughter absolutely adores him! Dr. Millon is incredibly compassionate and takes the time to connect with his patients. He speaks directly with the kids and explains things in a way that they can easily understand. We're so happy to have found such a wonderful new pediatrician.

Dr. Millon and Dr. Romero are truly exceptional. As a first-time mom, I have always felt comfortable and supported in their care. Dr. Millon has been my baby’s pediatrician since birth, and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. When Dr. Millon has not been available, we have seen Dr. Romero, and my gratitude for her is endless—she has been there for us during some of the scariest moments when my baby was sick, always reassuring us and providing excellent care. Both doctors are down-to-earth, compassionate, and treat your child with so much love and respect. Their nurses are also wonderful and make every visit feel welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent looking for pediatric care they can truly trust.
