PA Willis was wonderful, very informative and knowledgeable in her field. My daughter was seen on time and PA Willis immediately knew my daughter's condition. I like how thorough she is and she made sure the medications to treat the condition were called in right away. The office kept me informed with everything and followed up for progress notes. We were super impressed with the care and attention to detail PA Willis and the staff gives. Definitely recommending Leading Edge Dermatology to everyone needing a dermatologist.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Willis and the entire office staff. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, organized, and runs on time—something I truly appreciate. Dr. Willis took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, explain treatment options in detail, and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that patient care and comfort are top priorities here. Their expertise and thoughtful approach gave me confidence in the treatment plan, and I’ve already noticed great results. The medical assistants and support staff were equally kind and attentive, making every step of the visit smooth and stress-free.

Alana, was awesome! She did a thorough analysis of my body and took care of minor issues that I had, especially around the eye area. She explained everything she was going to do and put me at ease with her care. The staff was friendly and professional and the office was very clean and tidy. Excellent!

Alana was Great! As was the whole practice. Alana took great care in making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure as well as letting me know what what was going on. She brought in Dr Julian when needed. I would also like to say thanks to Tatiana for helping me set everything up and dealing with some issues leading up to my procedure. This group of lovely ladies is the best! They care about the details, made sure they pronounced my name correctly (which almost never happens elsewhere), and have impeccable “bedside manners”. They made sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with each step in the process. Truly an excellent team and a great atmosphere.
