Advanced Audiology, A GrandAudition USA Company

My grandmother and I went to Advanced Audiology recently for a hearing test. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and asked to fill out some paperwork electronically. It took about 10 minutes or so to complete and sign the paperwork on the iPad we were given, but very shortly after we were done, Dr. Bowen greeted us and welcomed us into her office. She was very thorough with the initial examination of my grandmother's ears, completed a comprehensive hearing test, and reported the results to us in a detailed but easy to understand manner, which I really appreciated. We discussed next steps and she was extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend Dr. Bowen and her office if you're looking for an incredible audiologist for your hearing needs!

I met with the audiologist to share the results of my audiogram and talk about aids. I have to admit I am not the easiest patient to please. As a pediatrician I have knowledge about the test and results. As a classical music and musician I wanted to make sure my aid was going to give me what I needed/wanted. She was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and concerns. When buying a hearing aid, many brands are good. You buy the service from the audiologist more than the brand of the gizmo. Gennell was everything I was looking for and more.

There is plenty of parking!! The office is bright and spacious. Everyone is professional and courteous. I was warmly greeted and seen quickly. The audiologist is one of the best I have seen over 35 years of wearing a hearing aid. She is thorough and sincere in wanting me to hear my best.

I had been to this company's other locations but when the favored audiologist left I did not return.The new audiologist is the best ever encountered. Very thorough in the hearing test including some aspects seemingly skipped over by all the others in the many years of hearing loss. I am left with a feeling of confidence that my needs will be met to perfection. Coffee and snacks in case of a wait but there wasn't one!

Dr Bowen is amazing and she explains to me the hearing results which no one has ever did before. Her love for the deaf and HOH community is felt each time I go to fit o r clean both hearing aids. Dr Bowen in my view is a honest provider and when she doesn't know, she is honest to say that. Her Staffs are awesome and office wait is short.
