Called to make an appt. First call I was placed on hold. After 3/4 min I hung up and called back. The person answering was dry and cold. Explained that I wanted to make an appt, and asked if they accepted my insurance carrier (by name). The receptionist told me to call my insurance company etc. I was looking specifically for an AA Dermatologist near me. But Customer Service is very important to me and hate that was the first interaction.

After being away for a few months for unforseen reasons. It's always good to know that your Dr. Bryant is always glad to see you and pick right back up where he left at. Fantastic patient to Doctor relationship. He's flexible, he gives you his personal cellphone number to reach out for concerns or to just schedule routine and/or follow ups. When I tell you he always responds. I am not making it up. Because he does. My husband has been seeing him for years. And we go wherever he goes. Very very good at his profession. Even for difficult cases. Such as my husband's case. Do not sleep on Dr. David Bryant at World's Famous Dermatologist. The best in the state of Georgia, for all cultures.
